Will blight go zoom zoom if you use pwyf and double speed addons the more you bounce ?

Sadly no. He uses a PWYF stack each time he performs a lethal rush.

Kinda, every bounce consumes a stack of PWYF, so by the time you’re at max bounce speed your stacks are gone.
