huntress mains
what perks/add-ons with huntress made you gradually get better, or perks that made huntress easier to play. I main huntress mostly but I feel as if i am not using her to her full extent.

The hatchet speed increase add on is massively helpful. If anything I wouldn't want behavior to touch huntress bar these simple add on changes any base kit changes could result in adding some obnoxious cd mechanic or longer stun periods to compensate for some additional buffs that would otherwise again ruin another good killer. She's part of the slug royalty line. A good huntress should be aiming to slug em up if gens start to speed up. Its her main method of keeping gens in check.

Null addons. If you want more practice, you can go for reload+extra hatchets, though.
Whispers, corrupted and bbq are generally considered 3 best huntress perks (albeit in tournaments you will mostly see VERY different builds). 4th perk slot is a question of personal preferences, I mostly run bloodwarden because I'm playing in a very lazy way.
Bitter murmur, agitation (no jk), ruin, bamboozle, nurse's, deerstalker are viable. A lot of people also use shadowborn or iron maiden, but I personally dislike both of those.

Flower Babushka, the new increased speed add-ons, oak and bandaged haft, and the belts are probably her best add-ons.
There are a ton of strong perks on her that would be meme-tier on other Killers.
Shadowborn helps a ton if Survivors try to run around you when you pick up a Hatchet at melee distance.
Iron Maiden speeds up reloads noticeably, and combined with the Gloves you can actually reload midchase.
Deerstalker makes finding those silent slugs a breeze and makes sure you don't spend any more time than necessary looking for the fruits of your Hatchet frenzy.
Agitation speeds up your hooks and can help you place Survivors near progressed gens or in defensible locations. It can honestly help you change the course of a game if you use it to help you get to tactical hooks.
Bitter Murmur isn't expected by Survivors most games and hard counters stealthy genrushers - a play style that is the bane of Huntress. It also lets you go for fun cross maps.
Gen regression perks like Ruin + Undying, Pop, and Thanatophobia work as well on her as any other Killer.
Your main gen slowdown should usually come from your ability to chase multiple Survivor at once though. So perks like Discordance or Corrupt that make finding grouped up Survivors easier are probably your best bets.
Chase perks like Brutal Strength and, no joke, Enduring can make her really strong too. But since her power is already based around chase you'll probably want to use spmething else in those perk slots.
Tracking perks like BBQ and Whispers are also really good, but not absolutely necessary. BBQ is good for fun cross maps and identifying where every Survivor is, while Whispers is just one of the best all around tracking perks, but perks like Thrilling Tremors and Spies From The Shadows (not joking, this perk can be really strong - especially on indoor maps with many crows) will be better bets since they can help you identify close Survivors and can get your snowball rolling a lot sooner.
She can use other perks too, but those are the main ones that come to mind now.

All this said, the biggest thing for playing really well as Huntress is practice. More than perks or add-ons you're going to want a very good grasp of when, how, and where to use her power.
It will honestly make the biggest difference towards playing her at her best.
