Shouldn't dying light be put basekit and the perk itself changed to something else?
Going for max hooks is what's more rewarding and what I usually try to do but it's made quite difficult because survivors last quite longer than if I were to just hook 1 repeatedly and thus gens start flying like crazy. It should be a percentage above the hook circle thing of the slow getting higher each time there is a new hook on a new survivor.
Devs should try to reward play like this but they don't? Survivors don't try to challenge themselves or make games last longer instead they rather end the game early with a key lmao key change when? Not sure what a new dying light effect would be if it was made basekit.

The only thing holding back dying light is that it speeds up the obsession's healing speed. At this point there's no reason a killer perk should buff survivors for free, they could just make it so that the obsession isn't affected by the slowdown but not buff their healing speed.

Dying lying isn:t very good but with thana on Plague it can work.Just very very niche

I don't think the healing speed is as much of a problem as it not affecting the obsession. You literally have to push the obsession away from generators while still managing to hook non-obsessions to get value out of it. The perk is broken at its core.

That healing speed affects other perks aswel.. Like for Example:
WGLF
Bontany
WMI
DM
And Unhooking speed aswel. which makes it more benefits to the Obsession than Ever..
