my mouse moves very slowly after closing the game

me and my friend with a brand new pc have the same issue.

the issue persists every time we close the game. we have to close the game on task manager entirely to solve the issue. please fix, it's annoying.

    I have been having this bug on Windows Store/Game Pass since the Trickster dlc update. I am now getting this same issue on Steam after this mid-chapter patch.

    I have the same issue, but it isn't always consistent. Maybe it has something to do with a background process closing slowly.
