Is the Indian server shutdown ?

So this is an issue I've been facing for quite a long time now. And am really clueless about the topic. While searching online it is said that Indian players are either playing on the AS server or on the SEA server.

As I recall before buying the game, there was a dedicated Indian server but the statement seems to be false as most of the matches while playing disconnects me from the server or from the host even on a good internet connection.

If anyone knows the answer to this please help me out.
