Description of the issue: 35.3GB of logs files.
Steps to repro: Maybe leaving DBD running in the background? I tend to do that, and I'm not sure if it's causal. My logs have been large before, but now they're huge.
How often: First time it's been this large.
I'll upload the logs if you'll add just one little assert statement for me in your logging codepath. :)

Apparently this isn't actually the first time this has happened, it's just the worst so far.
Current log is ~30.8GB. Log from two days ago is ~6GB. (Gigabyte, gibibyte, same difference. I know they don't add up to 35.3, but whatever.)
