ash has no head movement

so I was playing killer and there was two ash players and I noticed that both of them never turn around too look behind them even though they always seems to know where I was which I thought was weird so I played a match as ash and he dose not have any of the camera based head animations.
which gives him a small advantage in chase as killers won't know if he is looking back at them
