The Wiggle.
I hate that I can literally wiggle all the way to the end of the bar and yet still get hooked. I think if I reach the end of the bar, even if the killer has hit the button to hook that I should be allowed to hop off the killer instead of being hooked.
Just my thoughts. 🤷

I don't know if I said it to you before, but it's latency. To the server, you were at 99%, not 100%, when the Killer started hooking you.
Keep in mind, we can start the hook animation from odd angles, and we slide into place. That gives up roughly 1-2 meters of reach.

thats most likely a latency issue.
on your screen the bar might be full, but for the server it looks like you're still missing a bit, therefore you dont make it off.
also, if a killer hits the "hook" button, they succesfully reached the hook, therefore you cant just jump off anymore.
even if the game adjusts their position to move them further towards the hook, thats just an animation thing - hooks work very similar to survivors and killers in terms of accessibility, all can interact from the same angles, its just that Survivors have the ability to start their unhook animation from more angles, while the killer (for whatever reason) is only able to do so from one specific position, so even when the killer succesfully reached the hook, they might not be in the right position for the game to play the hook animation, so they are being moved there first (at that point the killer has no control over their character anymore either, its just like the hooking animation already started).
overall, wiggeling free should not be a common thing.
if you go down in a chase, the consequence of that should always be getting hooked (unless the killer actively decides not to pick you up ofc), getting off of the killers back is a huge advantage you gain, one that can very easily cost a killer the entire match - so its nothing that should be made any more common than it currently is.

Wiggle was only added to prevent constant basement hooks, so no, increasing escapes would be ebad thing imo.
