Tunneling or Just Slugging
We all know what tunneling is, if a killer targets you after you get unhooked to get you out of the game as quickly as possible it's tunneling. So here's something I have been thinking about, if a killer were to down you after you got unhooked and just slugged you on the ground until you got picked up would you call it tunneling?

Tunneling is when you get tunnel vision on someone - that's where the term came from. If you're actively avoiding killing them, you're clearly not tunneling them.

I agree personally but I don't think it is that black and white. If a killer slugs you right after you get unhooked he is planning to hook you unless someone picks you up before DS runs out, they aren't avoiding killing you but they aren't wasting more time than necessary on you either.
I just wanted to know how people think about this.

Slugging yes, but I would not call that tunneling. I have done that because I 100% didn't mean to hit the survivor off hook (was aiming for the rescuer, or the survivor immediately rounded a blind corner and I swung out of instinct), and I wanted the teammates to come and get them... and one or two times the team left them slugged, which I was really upset about, so I let em back up and looked for someone else.

Tunneling is chasing only one survivor, ignoring all other players and gens... the word 'tunneling' in this game takes on a new meaning every month I swear :')

I think not because if you leave them then your being nice if you hook then then your tunneling
