Hello everyone!
We are aware of the issues fans are facing to receive their Preordered Trapper Masks and we understand the frustration and constant disappointment caused by the delays and the responses from Gaya Entertainement / Game Legends.
Gaya Entertainment / Game Legends is an external party providing branded Dead by Daylight merchandise.
Our only ties with them is that we allow them to sell our Branded Merchandise.
BHVR isn't responsible or accountable for the quality of the service and the Customer Support response from Gaya Entertainment / Game Legends.
That being said, we care about the fans and we are trying really hard to find a solution to this recurrent problem with Gaya Entertainment / Game Legends.
