Why does it not count to gain token while you are hooked?
Devs try to do so much about camping, but that simple step is left out? That would help a mediocre perk to find more use.
Anything is better than seeing the same perks over and over again.

    It used to gain tokens while hooked.. but I mean the hook is supposed to be bad you shouldn't gain power (even if it is stake out)

    I totally agree on not gaining relief from exhaustion and even the invu frames after unhooking are crap, but token for stake out would be perfectly fine with me, because at least the survivor PAID for it with a perk slot.

    I think stake out should be able to get more tokens. Not sure how much more though.

    I do not have an issue with the maximum you can get, I only want it to keep going up when hooked.
