PC - Nurse visual bug after Mori

After you Mori a survivor with Nurse you have a visual bug with your hand. While charging up your blinks your hand turns kind of blue and looks like it's frosting. First I thought this was intentional but apparently this is a bug.
- Go into a game as Nurse
- Mori a Survivor, doesn't matter how. It can be Mori, Devour, Rancor or what ever
- Charge up your blinks and enjoy the cool looking visual bug
This occurs every time you Mori survivors
