Floating, Unusable Hatch on Backwater Swamp

Found this gem today. The hatch was located on by the scafolding that tends to have a gen on it in the Grim Pantry. Neither I nor the last survivor could interact with it in any way. As shown, it's floating between the lower and upper levels. Above the hatch on the scaffolding is a set of crates/barrels, so it's not possible to get directly over it from the upper level.
