Unable to move in game afterLoading Screen DC (Everyone forced to quit out)

PC - Steam Version
We were playing on Coldwind Farm, console player DC'd during the loading screen but the rest of us Survivors & Killer loaded in fine. Once the opening sequence of the map name showing and the camera rotating in on your character showed, the map title froze on screen and our characters sat idle. We weren't able to move and were forced to quit out, making everyone derank.
