New struggle phase

Struggle phase was changed and no more gives bloodpoint for survival category, give them back, i dont know how, maybe 150 BPs for each successed skillcheck in survival category or something, like that. On old struggle phase we had 899 BPs for full struggle and more, if with activated camaraderie perk. Survivor should get something for their last chance, before they will be sacrificed, if no one will save them.
