Is the rank reset postponed?

So ive been on for a few hours now and my rank hasnt reset yet (its 10:30 pm as of writing this) i know its bugged but did they turn it off or am i just not getting it for some reason?

    Yesterday I've seen several comments here and there mentioning rank not changing after the reset, so presumably it's part of ongoing rank update bugs.
