Resident Evil Chapter Concept
So hello again guy's and this time I am back with another chapter concept, with this chapter concept being...
Resident Evil.
Ok so before we begin, just to make this clear that this is only a concept, nothing official, but ya with all that out of the way lets start off with the killer, with the killer being...
Nemesis.
So before we go on to his power, let's go over some of Nemesis's stats.
Nemesis would have a 4.6/115% movement speed.
Nemesis would be a tall killer.
Nemesis would have a 32 meter terror radius.
Nemesis's appearance would be based on his Resident Evil 3 Remake one.
And finally, Nemesis's in-game name would be called The Pursuer.
Ok so with that out of the way let's go on with Nemesis's power, with that power being called...
Bioweapon.
Also something cool I thought about when thinking of how Nemesis got taken by the entity is that instead of Umbrella controlling Nemesis, the entity somehow in someway was able to manipulate Nemesis into some sort of mind control so that Umbrella can't control Nemesis no more, but now the Entity control's him now.
So what Bioweapon lets you do is that you have the ability to do 4 different special moves, and I will explain them for you.
Nemesis would have a charge ability where he full on sprints at you, similar to how he charges at you in the remake, and while charging, you move at a 150% movement speed, but you cannot attack while charging, and after using your charge you would have a 30 second cooldown before you can use it again. And Charge's also last for 15 seconds. Also when coming out of your charge, you have a 2 second fatigue. And please note that you can cancel a charge whenever you want, but that also cost you in a 2 second fatigue.
Nemesis would also have a Roar ability similar to the remake, and when using your roar, any survivor within your terror radius receives blurry fission for up to 5 seconds, and any survivor your chasing would become injured. After roaring you would have a 2 seconds fatigue, and a 20 second cooldown before you can use it again. You also have a 105% movement speed while roaring.
Next Nemesis Would be able to have a leap ability which similar to the Remake, If you get too far away from Nemesis he would be able to leap quickly In front of you. So when using your leap, if the survivor is at least 12-24 meters away from you, you would be able to quickly, and I mean quickly, leap to them. And also this would have 20 second cooldown and you also have a 2 second fatigue.
And finally, for his 4th ability, he would be able to use his Tentacles. When using your tentacles, any survivor within 0-8 meters of you would be dragged by the tentacle over to your position, but when doing this, you would have a 4 second fatigue and a 25 second cooldown, and it would also take the survivors 2 seconds to get up.
Ok so now on to the fun part...
For each special move you do correctly, you gain a token.
Each token count towards 1 rocket launcher missile.
When you get at least 4 tokens, you would have a new power, with that power being called...
S.T.A.R.S
When in S.T.A.R.S, the entity no longer has control of Nemesis, but instead Nemesis would go back under the control of Umbrella.
And because of this, Since Nemesis's presence now sends the Entity into a Scared-like state, the Entity will form Nemesis's most iconic weapon, with that weapon being...
THE ROCKET LAUNCHER.
Now please note that you can enter and cancel S.T.A.R.S whenever you want too, similar to Oni's power.
So now when in S.T.A.R.S, you would have 4 missiles.
It would take 3 seconds to fire a missile.
If the Missile lands near a survivor, they would become injured.
If the Missile lands on the survivor, they would go into the dying state.
S.T.A.R.S also last for only 2 minutes, and when time is up, you would have to do the process all over again, and you also go into the control of the entity again.
Also when getting your rocket Launcher, Nemesis would say the forever Iconic catchphrase, STARRSSSS!
Ok so now lets go on to some stuff about Nemesis.
His terror radius would be based on his original Resident Evil 3 one, and his chase theme would be based off his Resident Evil 3 Remake one.
Nemesis's faulting animation would have the entity form a quick outline of his body so that Nemesis would fit in the fault, and after he faults, it would go back to normal.
His Breakable wall animation would have him literally just one punching the wall.
His pallet Breaking animation would have him lifting the pallet back to it's original position so hard that the pallet breaks.
And for his M1 animation, it would have him cracking his knuckles.
And finally, for the Mori it would have him Obtaining the Rocket Launcher real quickly before the entity takes it back, and he would push the survivor back, and after that Nemesis would yell STARRSSSS again and fire the missile at the survivor, making the survivor drop to the ground dead.
Ok so as for map I was really thinking about this one, but I came to a conclusion that it would have to be the Spencer Mansion from the first game, specifically the Resident Evil 1 remake. And I choose this one because it's just overall an very Iconic Location.
So as for survivors, it would obviously have to be Leon Kennedy and Claire Redfield, because their awesome, that's why.
So finally as for cosmetics, boy oh boy Aren't their a plenty.
Nemesis could have his original resident Evil 3 skin.
Claire could have her look from Resident Evil: Dark side Chronicles.
Leon could have his Resident Evil 4 Look.
And as for Legendary skins, my goodness are their plenty.
Here's a few examples.
Jill Valentine Legendary skin for Claire.
Chris Redfield Legendary skin for Leon.
And finally, a Mr. X Legendary skin for Nemesis maybe?
Oh and I don't know why I'm mentioning this right now but Nemesis could even have an addon the trades his Rocket Launcher for his Flamethrower from the Resident Evil 3 Remake.
Ok so in all honesty I think that's about it, and as of right now, it took 1 hour and 31 minutes to right this, but it was still tons of fun.
And if Nemesis seems too Weak, overpowered, or just grilled cheese, this is only a concept, nothing official.
But ya I honestly think that's about it.

Special ability infectious swipe
a tentacle attack that reaches out 5m infront of nemissis that injures a healthy survivors and infects giveing rage to the tyrant if healthy them missing slows the tyrant for 2s (dosent down) dose breaks pallets and walls
Secondary ability stars rush after achieving the minmual amount of rage
( infection to survivors rage to the killer)
you can actvate stars rush. In this form you lash out in a frenzy and scream smashing through any breakable wall or pallet instantly (like low pro chains on billy) increasing your terror radus to 40m you can cancel stars rush any time saveing your rage.
doing a health state of damage to any surivor while in stars rush gives you a portion of your power back slowing you down for 3s the. You resume the rush after. your turning is about the same as oni maybe slight quicker .missing will take a portion of your power.
(Hybrid between oni and legion)

Ultimate power undead hoard if you save your rage/infection to the max you can summon an undead hoard of zombies (amount x)
these zombies are relative slow but almost silent with a short lunge getting grabbed by 1 will trigger a series of skill checks missing 1 will injure you and infect they will decay after x amount of time
you getting grabbed by 2 or more will instantly injure you or down if allready injured the zombies are attracted to sound so any loud action will draw them to you if in range

Now the infection part there are 3 stages to infection
Stage 1. Slight infection this dose minmual effects slight coughing and slight blurry vision
Stage 2. Notable effects skill checks are harder to hit louder coughing occasional clown vision blur
Stage 3. insane effects occasional vomiting and getting near a surivor may make you lash out at them triggering the same effects as a normal zombie. Biteing them infects them increasing their infection.
The cure there are 2 ways to get cured one being a teleporting chest spawns around the map highlighted to survivors in stage 2 or above with an antidote in it.
(This ones for the stealth people/bold)
the other is by getting behind the tyrant and stealing one off him you can do this at any time and hold onto it like an item to either cure yourself or a teammate who try's to attack you this one can cure 2 people compared to 1 with the chest

The tyrant gains 1 point or rage per a infection stage every 10s max 12 every10s points out of x required
All antidotes will disappear when sacrificed or escaped

Mori the tyrant lifts the surivor up and puts them on their feet then procides to grab a rocket launcher kicking them back and blowing them up.
I'm not very up to date on re3 but I still love the game so the powers names may seem off a bit
I also have perks if you want those but I'm takeing suggestions
