Hi,
just ranking up Trickster and after buying all Perks at Tier1&2 and only having Tier 3 perks left to buy from the web, I am only seeing 3, rather than 4 perks per bloodweb?
I've still got a 20 or so perks left at Tier 2, so there is no reason I shouldn't have all 4 slots available.
First world problems, I know...
