Make Sole Survivor a Non Obsession Perk

I don't understand why Sole Survivor is an obsession perk. I know it's kind of in the name but if multiple people use it and you're the obsession you get no advantage like DS and OoO gives the obsession.
So a small change I would make to Sole Survivor is to make it a non obsession perk since at the moment it doesn't really make much sense to have it as an obsession perk. It isn't really that strong since it depends on your teammates dying before it becomes useful and as I mentioned earlier, there's no difference between normal survivors and obsessions using it.
I know that a couple of friends and myself would use the perk more if I could use it without the risk of becoming the obsession.

I think it should be an obsession perk if solely for the reason that when hooked and downed survivors count for stacks, this will be a strong enough perk to qualify. 

And, yes; I do expect this perk to buffed.
