Stuck in Self-Heal while in Dying State

• Description of the issue: After the killer hit me with M1, I got stuck in self-heal while in the dying state.
• Steps to reproduce (if possible): Have a Nurse M1 a survivor while they are healing themselves. Then dropping down in the hole at Hawkin's Laboratory
• How often does this occur: This just happened.
