Are they now going to available in all bloodwebs?
I was shocked to see them pop up again but like is there an event Im not aware of (cause theyre still called event items) or are they now always available? I like the idea of being able to go against the fireworks more often but Im confused as to why theyre around (normally the devs are on point about this stuff but I didnt see anything on it)
