Lv. 50 Bloodweb only spawns 3 perks to choose from instead of 4
• Platform: Steam (but should be a bug that exists across all platforms)
• Description of the issue: When I was about to full-perk my Trickster, the Lv. 50 bloodweb only gave me 3 perks to choose from instead of 4. This began to occur once I only had Lv. 3 perks left to level. I had like 10 perks left, but the bloodweb only gave me 3 possible perks to claim instead of 4.
• Steps to reproduce: level a character until you only have some lv. 3 perks left. After that, the game will only give you 3 perks to choose from.
• How often does this occur: every time when the above-mentioned condition is met
• Additional information: I think that bug occurs because the bloodweb algorithm says how many 'very rare' things can spawn per bloodweb. Let's say that only 4 'very rare' things can spawn per bloodweb, then it will spawn 3 lv. 3 perks and 1 very rare add-on, thus blocking the 4th perk from appearing. However, that's just my possible conclusion from that.
