Impossible to stalk (use power) as Michael Myers, Ghostface BUG
The bug happens every single time I play Myers (on PC), when trying to stalk, survivors are not highlighted in white nor any other color. The Evil Within doesnt fill up so its impossible to reach the next level and am stuck in Evil Within I forever (small lunge, slow movement). Note that I dont use any addons!
The same thing also happens when playing survivor against ghostface. When revealing him there used to be a sound cue (not hearing it since) and after he was also highlighted in white. This makes me think that this bug is related to any action that would highlight the other part in white (prolly is affecting even Ghostface's stalking but I dont own him so cant say for sure).
Im experiencing this bug since late september 2020. I bought Halloween DLC and was enjoying Myers for few days/weeks and when I logged in the next day I suddenly couldnt stalk and it was impossible to play him, and when I went to play a survivor I couldnt reveal ghostface anymore, so it is in fact related. In september when this first occured some patch or hotfix hit and since then its happening to me.
At first I wanted to wait until a new patch was released thinking maybe it would fix my issue, I even reinstalled the game and steam, verified files and tried any other possibility I could think of but without a result.
This bug has been on the forum since late 2018 or maybe even longer and to this day no one acknowledged it. Its starting to bother me a lot so Im creating a new one with hopes for upvotes so they can finally do something about this.
I also know its not happening to everyone but there is a lot of us who is affected by this so would be really nice if you could fix it at last so we can enjoy the game fully, especially since we are paying for it (buying dlcs, cells and stuff).

EDIT: OK, this was easy. I havent touched any of the game files ever but deleting the whole DBD folder from AppData helped. In the past I actually tried to delete some of the files there but not the whole folder so this helped a bunch. I can stalk now! ^^ Should have posted this a long time ago as I havent been able to find that solved post myself, only saw the pending ones, so thank you!
