Downed Survivor Bug on Hawkins

On Hawkins Laboratory, there is a spot at one of the little drops where a downed survivor can clip into the drop and not be picked up by the killer. As you can see in the screenshots, there is no prompt to pick Dwight up, despite me standing on top of him. I do not know if this happens by accident or if there is a certain way this can happen. Please fix this issue.
