The Witch (Alice Evergreen):
Given new life by the Entity, the Witch is the deceased Alice Evergreen who was burned alive after attempting to avenge her friend. Now carrying the undying flames of revenge, Alice seeks out her killers, hoping to fully exact her revenge. With a new set of powers, Alice has begun terrorizing survivor after survivor, hoping that one of them could satisfy her blood-lust. Despite her connection to the Entity, her unyielding fury Wielding the flames of revenge in her left hand, the Witch can block the paths of other survivors and punish them for entering her flames, harming them and slowing them down should they brave her fire.

The Witch naturally moves at 110% running speed, putting her at the same speed as the Huntress and the Hag.
The Witch's weapon of choice is the Blazed Chain, a short chain with a scythe-like blade at the end, permanently coated with her fire.
The Witch's Ability, Wrathful Fire, allows her to summon an arc of fire at least 12 meters in front of her and is 5 feet wide, helping her block certain pallets or windows. These flames can be passed through by other survivors, but should they brave the fire, they will suffer one state of damage and receive a speed penalty for 5 seconds after escaping the fire. By passing through her own flames, she can move an extra 15% faster for 3 seconds that can be extended by passing through another Flame. These flames usually stay up for 10 seconds at a time and can be summoned in rapid succession. However, each charge of the flame requires 10 seconds to recharge, up to a max of 30 seconds. The flames can change form depending on whatever add-on she uses, changing from the standard pillar to a cone around her or even a fireball with a certain add-on. Can be used on the other side of a wall but cannot pass through it. The form of the Wrathful Fire can be changed with specific add-ons.

Add-Ons:
Flame Ward: Increases available Wrathful Flame charge by 1. Stacks. (Common.)
Singed Fingers: Slightly increases the duration of the Wrathful Fire by 2 seconds. Stacks. (Common)
Alice's Textbook: Slightly increases the width of the Wrathful Flame by 2 meters on both ends. Stacks. (Common)
Jogging Shoes: Slightly increases the duration of her speed boost after entering the Wrathful Flame by 1 second. Stacks. (Common).

Leather Gloves: Increases available Wrathful Flame charge by 2. Stacks. (Uncommon.)
Burnt Clothes: Moderately increases the duration of the Wrathful Fire by 4 seconds. Stacks. (Uncommon).
Professor's Notes: Moderately increases the width of the Wrathful Fire by 3 meters on both sides. Stacks. (Uncommon).
Track Record. Moderately increases the duration of her speed boost after entering the Wrathful Flame by 2 seconds. Stacks. (Uncommon.)
Algebra Lessons: Changes the Wrathful Fire from a pillar to a cone that extends outward and damages multiple Survivors. Does not stack. (Uncommon).
Sports Magazine: Changes the Wrathful Fire from a pillar to a trap that hurts Survivors that step on it and stuns them momentarily. Is marked by a bright red spot on the ground. Cannot be removed and vanishes after use. Does not stack. (Uncommon).
Carmen's Perfume. Slightly reduces Wrathful Flame cool-down time by 3 seconds. Does not stack. (Uncommon).

Protective Gear: Increases available Wrathful Flame charge by 3. Stacks. (Rare).
Facial Scars: Considerably increases the duration of the Wrathful Fire by 4 seconds. Stacks. (Rare).
Midterm Exam Papers: Considerably increases the width of the Wrathful Fire by 4 meters on both sides. Stacks. (Rare).
Gold Medal: Considerably increases the duration of her speed boost after entering the Wrathful Flame by 3 seconds. Stacks. (Rare).
James's Ring: Moderately reduces Wrathful Flame cool-down time by 4 seconds. Does not stack. (Rare).

Shattered Glass Shards: Changes the Wrathful Flame from a pillar to a fireball that dissipates after collision. Does not Stack. (Very Rare).
Matthew's Gift Card: Considerably reduces Wrathful Flame cool-down time by 5 seconds. Does not stack. (Very Rare.)
Carmen's Necklace: Increases the speed boost after entering the Wrathful Flame by an extra 5%. Does not Stack. (Very Rare.)
Final Test Scores: Tremendously increases the width of the Wrathful Fire by 5 meters on both sides. Stacks. (Very Rare).

Matthew's Heart: Inflict the Dying state on the Survivor if they're immediately hit with the Wrathful Flame. (Ultra Rare).
Family Memento: Any injured Survivor that passes through the Wrathful Fire does not get downed. Points awarded for Survivors passing through your flames are increased by 200%.

Perks:
The Witch comes with 3 unique perks that can damage survivors the longer the game progresses and helps secure certain survivors.

Overheat: Your desire to keep the survivors within your grasp empowers you immensely. After damaging a generator, The generator loses progress 15/20/25% faster than normal until either a survivor begins working on it or all progress is lost on the generator. (This acts as yet another alternative to Hex:Ruin, Overcharge and Pop Goes the Weasel and helps regress generators in a different way).

Lingering Embers: Survivors in your grasp suffer from your blaze, even after they escape. When a survivor escapes from your shoulder, see the survivors aura for 2/3/4 seconds after you recover. (This perk helps the Killer locate the Survivor a little more easier should the Survivor escape their shoulder.)

Marked by the Flames: Your hatred for a certain survivor awakens an infectious darkness. You become obsessed with one survivor. At the beginning of the match, the obsession starts off with a 5% bonus to action speed. However, any survivor within 12/24/36 meters of the survivor is "cursed" with a 5% penalty to action speed. For every generator completed, each Survivor gets a 5% increase/decrease depending on who's the obsession up to a maximum of 30% whenever they're in the obsession's range. The only way to end the curse is for the obsession to either be sacrificed, killed, or escape. (The main draw of this perk helps promote both anti-tunneling and can seriously impact the way survivors work together. It also serves as a late game powerhouse as long as the obsession is still alive and forces the other survivors to choose between saving the obsession or not.)

Lore:
The youngest family living in the Evergreen Household, Alice grew up with the love and care of her older half-sister Carmen and the absence of her father, James. Despite being James's daughter, Alice is only a half-sister since James married another woman after his first wife died of cancer. Despite this, she still received loving support from most of her family, save a few.
One night, her father came home early with a horrified expression on his face. With tears in his eyes, he explained the truth of his work: he served as a banker to a corrupt company and stole money from that very company to provide for the four of them. With the company now wanting more money than James could ever pay, James managed to convince his brother Matthew to care for the children until James finds a way out of this. He never did.
Two weeks after James's "mysterious death," a knock came at Matthew's front door while the kids were away. Opening the door, Matthew found a package with James's severed head and a note attached to the package, saying "Deliver the children home tomorrow, and all debts will be forgiven."
The following night, Matthew decided to take the children to James's old house, lying to them that James wants to see them. The children's' anticipation soon turned into horror as they saw the hired mercenaries inside their home. Before they could try and escape, the children were quickly subdued and left in the house as they burned it to the ground. As the mercenaries left, Olivia managed to undo her bindings and tossed Alice out the window before the building collapsed. Despite Olivia's heroic sacrifice, Alice's wounds were far too deep, with burns and scars surrounding her body. In her final thoughts of grief and rage, she could feel an unnatural darkness surrounding her, asking her a simple question: "Do you want to live?"
A few nights later, Matthew's house was encased in a raging fire. After the flames died down, Matthew's deceased body was discovered among the debris, covered in 3rd degree burns and his heart seemingly ripped from his chest. His death still remains a mystery...

Memento Mori: The Witch's Memento Mori has the Witch grabbing the downed Survivor up by his/her hair with her right hand as he/she crawls away. Using her left hand, she burns through the survivor's back violently and grabs his/her heart, pulling it out and crushing it. Afterwards, she tosses the survivor aside and moves on.

If there are any alternatives you'd like to make regarding the Killer, please let me know as I'm curious to see how well this Killer would do if a version of her ever got into the game. Thanks for reading!

That sounds pretty cool, too. If the devs ever decide to have multiple versions of Memento Mori per Killer, that would be one I'd like to see.

What about adding Chucky? His power can be a charged jump on a survivor and he stabs them with knife. He is small in height and can be hard to locate. He can go through pellets because of less height but cant jump over a window (or may be slow on windows and fast on pellets).

That would be good as it would combat pallet looping but then window looping would be the new meta, mabye you can do a skill check which dertermines how fast you vault

kyuu to an extent I can agree since that's almost as bad of a pain as pallet looping, but window looping kinda has a few solutions to the problem already, from both the limited jumps through windows and the existence of perks like Bamboozle. For this Killer, i just wanted to try and counter pallet looping and provide issues with co-operation and gen rushing.
