I open this thread to collect ideas about new offerings and perks, according to the following rules:
1) everybody is entitled to add new proposals and to comment and amend existing ones;
2) be constructive and reasonable and avoid dogmatic or sarcastic answers, please;
3) e
veryone's merits will be recognized and accredited;
4)
I'll keep the following list adjourned:
take a look at it once in a while;
5) I know there are huge gaps among SWF, Killer and Solos, but I refuse the idea to stop everything until this issue won't be fixed.

Please note: I use the 5-level rarity system for both offerings and perks.



OFFERINGS.
Blind Chasm (killers' and survivors' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "The Entity spreads a gloomy darkness over his kingdom. No one can read the Auras of others or receive notifications about the position of others. Auras and notifications concerning Crows, Generators, Hooks, Lockers, Pallets, Totems and vaults aren't affected by Blind Chasm. Secret."

Breath of the Mist
(survivors' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "You have a strong affinity with the Dark Mist. You can see the Aura of the Hatch as soon as it spawns. Secret."

Deadly Hatch (killers' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "Offer a tribute to the Entity to destroy the hopes of fools. When one or more Survivors attempt to escape via the Hatch, their bodies end up hooked at the nearest Hooks. You lose 15% of the Bloodpoints in all Categories for each Survivor deceived in this way. Secret."

Extreme Massacre (killers' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "Grants 50% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories for each add-on or perk slot you leave empty. Grants 100% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories if you get exactly 3 kills. Grants 300% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories if you get 4 kills. The aforementioned bonuses stack. Secret."

Extreme Survival (survivors' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "Grants 50% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories for each item, add-on or perk slot you leave empty. Grants 100% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories if you are killed or sacrificed for last. Grants 300% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories if you escape. The aforementioned bonuses stack. Secret."

Golden Cauldron (killers' very rare offering
by @Entità): "Increase the totem number by 2 during the next Trial. Secret."

Obsidian Cauldron (killers' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "Increase the totem number by 3 during the next Trial. Secret."

Pewter Cauldron (killers' rare offering by @Entità): "Increase the totem number by 1 during the next Trial. Secret."

Yielding Hooks (survivors' ultra rare offering by @Entità): "You invoke the Entity to build hooks with poor material. The Hooks destroyed by breakout or sabotage do not regenerate for 10 minutes. This effect does not apply to Hooks in the Killer Basement. Secret."




PERKS.
Actor (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Before the Entity kidnapped you, the theater was your world: now, you enjoy playing the Killer. Press the Active Ability button to:
- simulate the injured animation / simulate the injured animation and emit grunts of pain / simulate the injured animation, emit grunts of pain and release red ink stains;
- stop acting.
During the acting, your status icon will be modified accordingly in the Killer's HUD."

Backpack (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "You can hide at the sight of the Killer, both at the Campfire and during the Trial, an item without add-ons / item with one add-on / item with two add-ons, excluding the time during which you use it."

Beneficial Elixir (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "Your alchemist wisdom has allowed you to synthesize a delicate elixir, which slowly restores your well-being. When you are Injured, you automatically regenerate your health in 240/210/180 seconds. The Deep Wound pauses the regeneration until you complete mending. If you are put into the Dying State, the regeneration is reset. Regeneration does not affect and is not affected by healing actions."

Black Magic (killers' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Your deep knowledge of the Dark Mist corrupted the Totems functioning. 1/2/All Hex Totems seem Dull Totems."

Chameleon (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Once per Trial, press the Active Ability button to camouflage yourself in the environment for 10/20/30 seconds. This effect applies to your item, too."

Clandestinity (survivors' common/uncommon/rare perk by @Entità): "You lead a low-key, low-profile life: for you, secrecy is preferable to exuberance. The Killer's terror radius is increased by 8/12/16 metres and you get a warning when a Killer without terror radius is closer than 8/12/16 metres to you, but, while you are running, the Killer can see your Aura within a range of 12/20/28 metres."

Collector (survivors' common/uncommon/rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. You have an exceptional talent in finding lost or abandoned treasures. You can see the Auras of the items contained in open Chests or fallen to the ground in a range of 64/96/128 metres."

Counterfeit Generator (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "An eighth Generator will spawn in the Trial, identical to the other seven. Its progression causes the simultaneous regression of the best Generator currently being repaired, up to a maximum of 40/60/80 charges. The counterfeit Generator explodes when its repair is completed and does not contribute to the spawning or opening of the Hatch nor to the powering of the Exit Gates."

Creeping Snake (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks the ability to crawl on the ground. When you are still, press the Active Ability button to crawl or to resume the standing position. While you are crowling, you can be picked up by the Killer. Creeping Snake has a cool-down of 30/25/20 seconds every time it activates."

Cruel Jailer (killers' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks the ability to damage the Exit Gates' electrical switch. The cattle won't leave the fence without your permission! After the Exit Gates have been powered, you can damage the electrical switch to instantly reduce the opening progression by 40/60/80%. Each electrical switch can be damaged once per Trial."

Cyanide Tablet (survivors' common/uncommon/rare perk by @Entità): "Before the Entity brought you into her Realms, you militated in your country's secret services and still retain something of your past life. When you are in the Dying State, press the Active Ability button to instantly reduce your remaining bleed-out timer by 90/95/100%."

Damned Crows (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "Your hatred of the prey has infested the wildlife with a sinister evil. Whenever you hook a Survivor, 1/2/3 Damned Crows are summoned to random positions for 20/25/30 seconds. The Damned Crows do not croak, but the Survivor who disturbs them by running is beaked: if healthy, they are Injured; if Injured, they suffer a Deep Wound; if they already have a Deep Wound, its remaining timer is halved."

Depraved Soul (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You have tightened an execrable pact with the Entity, which infuses you with deadly powers at a very high price. When a Hex Totem is cleansed, you see all the remaining Dull Totems' Auras for 4/6/8 seconds and you can restore the Hex by igniting one of them. If more Hex Totems have been cleansed, you can only restore the last Hex. The ignition requires you stay for 12/10/8 seconds within a range of 20/24/28 metres from a Dull Totem: its Aura is revealed to you during the ignition. If the ignited Hex Totem is cleansed, you are immobilized for 12/10/8 seconds."

Desperate Situation (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "The torment of your friends gives you an irrepressible desire for revenge. You have 8/12/16% more chance to unhook yourself during the escape attempt for any other Dying, hooked, killed or sacrificed Survivor."

Fast Run (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You are a trained sportsman to run the hundred meters. Your running speed is increased by 3/4/5%. Your scratch marks last 6/5/4 seconds longer than normal. You suffer a Hindered status for 30/25/20 seconds after you stop running."

General Mourning (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "When you hook a Survivor, Repair, Heal, Sabotage, Cleansing and Searching actions of the other Survivors are suspended for 6/8/10 seconds. The other actions are not affected by General Mourning."

Hex: Blood Curse (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "Your Totems have been greased with the blood of your prey. No Hex Totems can be cleansed while there are one or more Injured or Dying Survivors. This effect is not triggered by Survivors with the Broken status. The Hex effect persists as long as the related Hex Totem is standing."

Hex: Unexpected Pain (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "A trapped Hex Totem will spawn in the Trial. When a Survivor cleanses that Hex Totem, they are Injured/suffer a Deep Wound/are put into the Dying State."

Illusionist (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You are very good at deceiving your pursuer. When you make a fast vault or drop a Pallet during a Chase, you automatically generate 1/2/3 copies of yourself in random positions. Your illusions last 10/15/20 seconds, unless the Killer tries to hit them. This effect can be triggered once every 60/50/40 seconds."

Mimic
(killers' common/uncommon/rare perk by @Entità): "Replaces 1/2/3 Chests with as many Mimics. The Survivor searching a Mimic gets a fake item, which turns out to be false only when they try to use it or at the end of the Trial."

Monster in the Closet (killers' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "You have designed a safe method to provoke infarcts to your prey. When you are near a Locker, press the Active Ability button to hide inside. This action will generate a false terror radius moving away from the hiding place for 10/20/30 seconds. You can leave the Locker at any time. If a Survivor tries to hide in your Locker, you can grab them."

Nobody Plays Hide-and-Seek (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "The panic generated by your horrific presence prevents Survivors from effectively seeking a shelter. Survivors within your terror radius cannot silently enter a Locker / cannot silently enter or exit from a Locker / cannot enter or exit from a Locker."

Observer's Traps (killers' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. You start the Trial with 3 Tokens. Press the Active Ability button to consume a Token and leave an invisible Aura Trap on the ground, which lasts until the Trial ends. You see the Auras of all the Survivors within a range of 4/6/8 metres from any Aura Trap."

Parental Love (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "Once per Trial, when a Survivor is downed and before the Killer picks them up, press the Active Ability button to restore that Survivor's full health. In exchange, you are immediately put into the Dying State, your remaining bleed-out timer is reduced by 67/50/33%, the Killer can see your Aura for 10/8/6 seconds and you get the Broken status for the rest of the Trial."

Perfectionist
(survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks potential in one's Aura-reading ability. It's unacceptable that a job may be left unfinished. See all the Generators whose repair has been started but interrupted before completion or damaged by the Killer within 24/48/72 metres."

Picky Researcher (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "You've grown up in the uptown and do not accept shoddy merchandise. When you complete searching a Chest, if you are not satisfied with the item found, you can repeat the search for 1/2/3 times: the rejected item cannot be drawn again. You lose this ability if you collect the item found or move away from the Chest."

Reshuffle of Curses (killers' common/uncommon/rare perk by @Entità): "Those who have discovered your Hexes do not deserve to live. Whenever you hit, hook or kill a Survivor, 1/2/all still active Hexes are instantly transferred each to a different Totem, if possible."

Robustness (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "You have tempered your body by overcoming innumerable painful challenges. The bleeding frequency while Injured is reduced by 50/75/100%. The effects of the Mangled status are reduced by 50/75/100%. Your resistance to Madness, Hindered and Sickness is increased by 10/20/30%."

Ruthless Blindness (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You are the best of the Entity's servants and you know her Realms like the back of your hand. You lose the ability to see the outlines of Generators not yet repaired. No Pallets can be dropped within your terror radius."

Sadistic Revenge (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You want to exterminate first those who trust in hope. When a Survivor frees a companion from the Hook and you are at least 32/40/48 metres far from that Hook, your movement speed is increased by 2/3/4% for 10/20/30 seconds."

Schizophrenia (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "You want to torture the Killer with chaos, and you don't realize the suffering you inflict on your companions. If the Killer is obsessed with one Survivor, each time a Generator is completed, the Obsession is transferred to another random Survivor, even escaped, killed or sacrificed. This effect can be triggered up to 3/4/5 times, provided you are still in the Trial."

Tangles in the Fog (killers' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "Unlocks the ability to close the Hatch. While the Hatch is open, you can interact with it to close it for 30/45/60 seconds. Once the Hatch reopens, you lose the ability to grab the Survivor who escapes through it."

Treacherous Pitfall (killers' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "A ruthless Killer like you will not tolerate that the heart of their power be profaned by the enemy. When one or more Survivors enter the Killer Basement, the Entity blocks them the entrance ramp for 30/45/60 seconds and they scream for panic. This effect does not apply when there are Dying or hooked Survivors in the Killer Basement."

Unholy Barter (survivors' rare/very rare/ultra rare perk by @Entità): "The Entity decided to reward your faith with a great power, but be prepared to pay a tremendous price if you fail the challenge. Once per Trial, before being hooked for the first time, press the Active Ability button to get the Endurance status for 10/20/30 seconds. If you are hooked, you will be sacrificed at the beginning of the struggling phase."

Veil (survivors' uncommon/rare/very rare perk by @Entità): "A fiber woven by the Entity protects you from malicious looks. Start the Trial with 4/5/6 Tokens. Whenever your location is going to be revealed to the Killer, a Token is consumed and your location is hidden for 6/8/10 seconds. Whispers is not affected by Veil."

Widespread Suffering
(killers' common/uncommon/rare perk
by @Entità): "You enjoy seeing your victims in constant distress. When a Survivor is rescued from the Hook, you get 6/8/10% bonus Bloodpoints in all Categories for each successful hit to any other Survivor in the next 60 seconds."

    Have you any idea of new perks or offerings? Let's create a kind of "encyclopedic archive", from which developers can draw!

    Some really interesting ideas! Yielding Hooks should probably be nerfed and additive instead of a flat value of whatever minutes.

    Honestly, I'm happy you made this the time and effort you spent shows. You should get this moved to General Discussions for more responses. A lot of them are beautiful ideas.

    I'd love for them to be added. @Giddawid what do you think?

    I have a ginormous list of ideas ive been compiling for the last year but never posted it due to the huge amount of toxic players who will bash on a post without even forming a little constructive criticism. Do you mind if i post a few here? you can feel free to add them to your own list

    Toxic people will always exist, both in videogames and in real life: if you have good ideas, let the Community and the Developers read and evaluate them. I have no problem if you want to publish your ideas here: I will highlight which ones are your proposals, with appropriate credits. :)

    I'm just waiting for @MandyTalk and @Peanits judging my request to move this thread into a major section (i.e. General Discussions), to give it the proper visibility. Probably they are busy with the new post formatting testing right now. Soon, both yours and my creations will probably be the subject of a more intense debate, for the benefit of all.

    Cruel jailer sounds kind of broken but Fast Run is a little weak, I agree with everything else though. 😊

    @Poweas I arranged Cruel Jailer and Fast Run and added four more perks: Damned Crows, Illusionist, Schizophrenia and Tangles in the Fog. Feel free to post your ideas: I'll add them in the OP, with your credits. :)

    @Entità I'd remove the cooldown when your hindered but also, reduce the speed to 2/3/4 so it can hard counter NOEDS speed buff. Just a suggestion.

    I'd like a perk for killer myself, but it's a rework of one. Do you mind adding it? Pop goes the weasel is a token based system up to a maximum of 3/4/5. That way it becomes super reliable and good on every killer.

    @Poweas I didn't get your point, sorry: would you remove the hindered status when you stop running?

    Here are some Crow related offerings that I think would be cool.


    Scarecrow limb (Survivor's Uncommon Offering)

    Given to The Entity to remove Stillness crows from the trial.


    Scarecrow Torso (Survivor's Rare Offering)

    @Entità got one, Thick mist- Ultra rare killer offering, makes the mist supress sounds supresses all the killer sounds by 8m (Heartbeat, breathing, lunge ect.) Killers like Myers would benefit so much.

    Survivor perk, not sure about rarity, feel free to propose one.

    "Always Go For The Head" - You know how to dispatch your foes for good. The pallet, DS and wiggle stuns last 15%/25%/35% longer.

    Sorry if it's a bit over/underpowered. I don't really tend to think on the balance sort of things. Originally it was made for my TWD Clementine Concept, but I scrapped it.
