List of offerings no longer with us?

Just wondering since I try to pay attention but forget and I know I used offerings no longer with us and am sad, killer main here so just those offerings that apply just not in the mood to research so if anyone out there possibly knows which ones are no longer available and care to inform me I will thank you, I am aware now and have been knowing that the brightest moonlights are no longer and realized sometime after using my last one and it wasn't special when I used it.

    i got a one on my billy, maybe some on other killers......billy main here so id like them exclusives on him, plus its the only legacy i have, hes my baby.
