Pip system for killers need a rework
I just matched against a top 3 man swf with full meta build and on haddonfield, with a weak killer - Billy, I hit them and downed them multiple times, got 7 hooks and 1 kill which is already outstanding as in a comp match, then entity displeased, fix your game.

Billy, Micheal & Trapper have been boned by the chaser emblem since its release. Surprised they haven't tweaked them for specific killers yet.

I only really have two issues with their current emblem system for killers.
The Gatekeeper emblem feels too biased on survivors actions relative to the killers actions and exerted pressure.
The Malicious emblem encourages tunneling because you get +1 point per hit, but lose -1 when someone heals. This means you only really keep your emblem point for hitting in this category if you down an injured survivor, and then hook them (preventing the heal of the health state you took away). This is easily done on already injured survivors, especially ones who have been unhooked already. In contrast hitting a healthy survivor just exerts pressure, but doesn't really give you anything emblem-wise.
I guess the current malicious system though does prevent hit-and-run farming tactics, and ensures a decent score if they hook everyone multiple times instead of just once. Still I can't help but feel it could be better somehow - sadly, I also have no idea how to improve it.
The Sacrifice emblem and Chaser emblem are great though, I like those a lot.
Edit: Chaser emblem has issues with one hit downs actually, that should be improved upon too. But again, I never gave it a thought as to how. Maybe double points for instadowns? I don't know.

That said, the above only applies to the current system. If they can figure out a better system that might resolve my issues with the current one, and I'd totally support that. Wouldn't be my highest priority, but would be nice if they could figure a better one out for sure.

Dude, I've had 3K games where I only safety pip. I've even depipped on a 3K game. It was wild.
But if 2 kills is supposed to be the average and 'fair' for killers, there should never be a depip if two kills are achieved. That should be a safety always and could be a pip up depending how close the other two were to death.
I've been having so many issues lately with how they score things. Like how am I outscoring an entire team yet depipping because I only managed to kill one, but the rank 1s on the team only score 8000 and somehow keep their rank 1? That makes zero sense to me. And my score would be like 19k-21k. I've been rank 1 killer. Unless you're perfect, that rank is taken away with the quickness. Same should apply to survivors. 8000 score is peanuts, especially if they escaped. Like how? It makes no sense.
