Hack, bug, or has something changed?

Just finished a game against an Oni. Went to go for a pallet save (twice). I drop the pallet, it makes the noise and says pallet stun score event comes up(Twice) Anyone else see this? Hack, or bug? Don't know haven't played the game in a while so the I don't know if the timing on pallet saves have been changed.

    Ping or you are doing the drop too early.

    You probably dropped it too early. If the killer is in the animation then it doesn't count.

    You have to do it after the killer can move.
