PC - Error 23

Whenever I launch the game the loading takes a long time and then it gives me "Error 23". I updated my game, I verified my files, I restarted Steam, Easy Anti Cheat is working. But no matter how many times I try to launch the game I keep getting that error ever since patch 4.7.2. Here are a couple screenshots.
Edit: It says to close unnecessary programs so I did and only had 3 programs up. Steam, Windows Defender and Radeon and it still gives me the error. My Windows is completely updated.
SOLVED! All I had to do was restart my PC. Maybe Easy Anti Cheat wasn't working correctly or something.
