Patch 4.7.2 ................. Gamepad + Mouse = still bugged (PC | Steam)

Even when the Patch notes says otherwise sadly this Performance Bug still exists.
When you play in a match and use the Joystick of a Gamepad for Character Movement + the Mouse for the Camera Movement simultaneously the Framerate drops to 20 FPS.
