Are they going to fix Franklins Demise any time soon?

Any game I play with this perk it just instantly deletes the item. Cant pick it up, can't find it, nothing. I know it deletes the item after a certain time but it happened too often in real games so I tried it in private matches and still the same outcome!

    It mostly deletes item when you vault. Seems like game does not know where to place the item.
