How would you fix solo que
solo que can be very frustrating to say the least. what could help. Scotts jund idea of a talking system, for example, you can say Im going to get the save or I'm 87% on a gen
I like this idea a lot but I doubt the devs will do this
give me your ideas to help make solo queue a better experience overall

I pray a talking system is never implemented.
Both for the sake of the crowd sensitive to toxic people, and for those around me who would have to endure my hours of rambling about inane topics in-game.
I'd rather they implement in-game systems that give SWF-levels of information and balance around that.

Kindred base kit

aura of the killer too?

Balance the game from the top down.
Now the poor ranking system, poor rank reset system, and poor matchmaking system are no longer necessary to keep in the game. IE now you will get much better teammates on average.
The reason you have bad solo queue matches is because of flawed systems that are intentionally kept in the game because they cover up the games balance problems that exist from balancing around low ranks.

-All survivor loadouts are visible to each other in pre-game lobby
-Ping system similar to IDV that lets survivor relay basic information such as: im working on a gen, im being chased, im going for save etc.
Tbh i think thats really all solo q needs to be 100% less frustrating and bring them a little but closer to swf

I wouldn't. Solo isn't the problem; it is a symptom of the evolving game and the impact that SWF has had on it. I think SWF needs to be addressed. In regards to Solo, the chief problem is so many good Players have been bled out of it and the ones there don't have the chops. We need a better tutorial or people willing to play Killer to TRAIN Solo to play.

yes camping counter.

Show perks of all Survivors.
3 -
ping system where you can give small shoutouts instead of just point or c'mere
yknow like specifically a gen symbol with directional input or a way to say run or stay when saving from hook so the person being saved knows whether or not youre gonna heal
something to even out the communication between solo queue players and swf that way the game can be balanced around it as a whole

Buff survivors tremendously, and nerf killer slowdown perks. A killer shouldn't be able to automatically win against solos. Killers need some nerfs.
2 -
change maps to help give more specific information and make them easier to get on the bloodweb. Or introduce a ping system tied to a new item with limited use of course. Of course make sure you buff some killers that would get blown back by this before you do that

Ideally, more randomization. I don't like pairing up with teams. Before I got the game I figured that it was either all random players or private lobbies, I didn't realize (through cross-play and other factors) that you could wind up with others who were playing together. I don't generally like that.
Faster queues as well, but we all want that.

By fixing matchmaking. Most of the frustration comes via power imbalance; you get stuck with a lobby of idiots who keep trying to heal against legion, and then follow you to team up on a generator when they obviously have discordance.

On the controller, two buttons remain unused - control pad left and control pad right. A simple onscreen "I'm doing a generator" could be mapped to one, and an equally simple "I'm going for the save" could be mapped to the other. It's not too much information that it should screw over killers, but enough to basically help each other to get on the save wavelength without a chat feature (which I also don't want, audio or otherwise, for multiple reasons). Perhaps the left-screen icons could also get new updates to show whether someone is doing a hook save or working on a gen as well. Just basic input gathering, nothing that lets the survivors all specifically coordinate. The icon idea would, as it already is, also be visible to the killers as well if there's concern about balance.
Kindred basekit was mentioned as well. Even as a survivor main that seems too OP to me. I'd say Bond basekit, with the remaining killer reveal perks left as they are. I ALWAYS use Bond, it's standby to me. I need to be able to get some information on the other survivors and that's currently the only way how that does not directly tell me where the killer is. Knowing where the killer is without perks, even just sometimes, seems to me like it would give the survivors too much of an advantage. Just my opinion anyway.
TL;DR: A simple way of ascertaining where other survivors are and what they're doing would make a big difference in feeling like I'm not running around cluelessly, but I don't need nor want full-on chat and I'm sure the killers wouldn't be happy about that either.

Why stop at slowdown perks? I think every killer perk should receive a nerf honestly

If you're not "sensitive" to toxic people then you're part of the problem. However, I agree there should be no built in comms.

I'm part of the sensitive crowd, and I was definitely not attempting to provoke someone. In fact, I chose those words specifically for the intention of avoiding a fight about the topic! Not that it worked, but the intention was there.
Oh well, can't please everyone I guess.

Make a modified version of Camaraderie basekit that activates when the killer comes close to the hook, instead of a teammate.
This can only activate if a survivor has been struggling on second hook for 10 or more seconds.
If the killer stays within 8 meters (normally 16 on Camaraderie) of the hook for 5 seconds, a hook timer pause activates for 30 seconds, and the entity progression meter flashes yellow like a deep wound status effect to show that the pause has activated.

i man 30 sec seems like to much but overall interesting concept

I'm with you.

The point I was getting at was to dissuade facecamping by devaluing it, which happens to be an intensified issue in solo queue. 30 seconds punishes the killer for deciding to end a single survivor's game instead of applying pressure elsewhere, but the numbers really don't matter. A basekit Camaraderie should be looked at regardless of whatever numbers makes you feel happy.

I honestly wouldn't mind being facecamped nearly as much if there were some kind of reward for putting up with it. Like 2x the survival BP when the killer is within a certain range of you for a certain amount of time or something. I'm not one who thinks that killers shouldn't be allowed to do it, but it really ruins the match to have to sit there and put up with it.

Remove every killer power from the game. After that reduce the killer speed to 4m and for the last thing nerf or remove all perk all just to make sure the game is fair

I think the game needs to be torn down and rebuilt. or at least shut down for a bit for maintenance. The game is coming apart at the seems right now and cheating and lag switching is running rampant. The balance is way off too.
I know it really doesn't address the solo que issue. but it's crazy. Things keep breaking emblems, hit boxes, stuns you name it.

Ping System

This.
A ping or quick message system is all thats needed to emulate oicechat. Or just add voicechat.
This would obviously require some basekit killer stats buffs as compensation.
If the devvs add free info instead of just ways to relay it, it will require major compensation, not just base stuff but also buffs to killer abilities.

I like how you used word Tremendously, as if Considerably wasn't enough

Ingame voice chat is the solution.
Add a option with preferred languages, the option to stay in the same team after the match (and add new friends easier) and a mute button.
Then balance the game around it. Means buffs for killers, because solo is as powerful as SWF.
