in Bug Reporting

This is the second time it's happened and it's extremely frustrating because I'm forced to face the DC penalty for an issue completely out of my control.

Right as I'm about to escape, I receive an error that forces my game to close. This specific incident, I was on Lery's and was about to escape, just turning the corner running to the exit gate near two survivors while holding a green toolbox. This was against the twins. I was playing as Elodie, running with a healthy Nancy and an injured Adam.

The first time it happened was on an azerov's map. I believe it was wrecker's yard. Just as I was about to escape, one survivor (Can't remember who) was opening the gate, I, Elodie holding an item (sorry this was a few weeks ago so I can't remember all the details to a T) encountered the error.

I have a link my VOD highlight here of the LERY'S game if it helps at all to see it in action. (Video has some cussing :x ) I linked the part where the crash happens specifically but the link has the entire game from lobby to crash.

Please look into this! It's incredibly frustrating to play on the switch as it is, and things like this do not help!!

    Came here to report this same issue. For me, it is happening any time I 99 a gate or do not completely finish opening the exit gate. Extremely frustrating to loose 3 pips over something I can’t control.

    This also happens to me. I think reasoning behind why this never got solved is because majority of the players arent even on console let alone switch.

    While this hasn't happened to me personally My friend whom I can confirm it happened to them repeatedly on PC.

    Along with it seemingly happening to several survivors in my games have been getting this as they have been disconnecting at seemingly random times regardless of whats' actually going on(DCing while working on a generator/DCing while just walking even when we are winning/ext) or what platform they are on(PC/Other).

    This is still consistently happening to me, completely at random. It happens every time I play within a couple of hours. Would love anyone to offer literally any kind of solution, because I’ve now been banned for 24 hrs twice and 48 hrs once. Feels really unfair considering it’s not at all within my control.
