Pig idea
Wanna say first off sorry if me dropping two idea posts for 2 low tier killers in a row is kinda annoying. I came up with these ideas during a discussion with friends and wanna see what the community thinks.
Now pig isn’t the strongest killer in the game not even close. However she does have arguably one of the most problematic addon combinations in the game. That being tampered timer and crate of gears. With these addons together there is a chance that even if the survivor does nothing besides searching boxes they won’t have time to search the final box and die anyway due to bad rng. Now I really don’t like that even if the odds aren’t exactly high so my idea was first a nerf to tampered timer. I would change it from a reduction of 30 seconds to either 10 or 15 seconds. In exchange I would buff pigs basekit so if a survivor with an active bear trap does a gen, totem, heals another person/themselves, etc. the bear trap timer speed increases by somewhere between 40-60% not sure on specifics. This would be to make it so tampered timer crate of gears isn’t just death if you’re focused on traps like you should be. But in return makes the trap itself much more threatening and adds a lot of risk to not focusing on the trap

So, I get what you mean. But, that ultimately be a bad idea for a number reasons, but I'll tackle those one at a time.
Her traps, which are really strong, are also limited and RNG based. You can get lucky and get it off instantly or get unlucky and search every single box only to then get it off. Tampered timer is powerful, but it's two minutes. Two minutes that allows you to get the trap off which again is extremely limited. Their initial design isn't to kill, it's to apply gen pressure which ultimately does a very good job at it. Nerfing the time is... I guess fine? It's still keeping you busy, which it does well. Again, main purpose. But the percentile option you're adding with the exchange can turn this gen stopper in a slaughter machine. It may not seem like it on paper, but a trap is 2 minutes 30 seconds base, tampered removes 30. Now with your system in play, tampered removes 15 so 2 minutes and 15 seconds, and let's say a Pig started slugging. So you're trotting along and you see a person downed, you run up to them and heal them to keep your game going. No one else is able to, and now you lost 40 to 60%, in your defense, you said sped up, not removed. But, they're being heavily punished for doing one simple action.
"Game Over."
The traps are fine by themselves, it seems powerful, but the killer is praying for luck to help them, it's not confirmed kills like unlimited tier 3 mori Myers. I went through the same complaints until I played her and went up against her.
