Server delay issue

i went to grab franklins flashlight and when i picked it up it just disappeared this is not an issue with my ping because
i have a consistent 20ping heres the clip

you can see the franklins' timer on your hud has ended
when timer ends, franklins has a short animation of the item getting destroyed by the entity and you are still able to pick it up but the item will still be destroyed
