Blight Rush Visual Effects Bug

Occasionally while playing as The Blight, if you end a rush by attacking (whether or not you hit a survivor does not matter) you become stuck with the visual effect around the border of the screen until you end a rush without attacking. In the picture I'm holding the downed survivor. This bug isn't guaranteed to happen, but it has happened to me multiple times.
