So, this happened when i just repair the generator, and doctor used his power (static blast) and i think i left the generator at the perfect timing.

    It's a very funny bug, I think it has been reported before also. Also you can see doctor was not able to hit you near the harvester as you were crouched, seemingly bug also affects basic attacks if survivor is stuck in that position.
