Xbox One X- Random Disconnect, DC Penalty Ban

It's your boy, coming at you again with a matchmaking locked ban for a from a random disconnect that I didn't initiate. I got off a hook, started healing and then was kicked to the title screen with a "No Network Connection" error. I logged back in to find a juicy ban waiting for me. West coast, around 2pm PCT. I don't think it's my internet because I run a Ethernet from the router to the console and have a decent ISP and plan.
