Hello, so ever since the latest update I keep getting disconnected. Which lead me to getting banned from match making for 6 hours. So I didn’t play anymore that day. The next day (which was yesterday) I played most of the day no issue. But last night I got kicked from a game. And got banned for 24 hours. It always says the same thing [No network connection] Which isn’t true. Because everything else will work fine. And I don’t get disconnected from the internet. Anyway, I still have 7 hours left on my ban.... is there any way my ban can lifted? I am not sure why I keep getting disconnected from the game. But I think it’s a bug. I also paid for the premium tier of the rift. And I don’t think it’s cool that I may lose out on stuff thats no fault of my own. Stuff that I paid to play for. But am unable to do so because of a bug.
