Perhaps when you free yourself from the hook, whether by kobe or through usage of a perk like deliverance.. if the killer is within X meters, they get stunned.
Discourage the face camp with a direct kick to the face :D

Honestly I think it's more focused on an intended purpose than DS is. DS can be abused, even with the changes to it.
This is for all those basement bubbas and the like.

This is like DS apart from it would actually be useful. Whether people wanna say it or not the current nerfed DS is useless, yeah before it was op but now its just a ######### perk. I really like this idea tho.
