Survivor queue extremely long

I want to do the tome challenges, but waiting times for surivor are extremely long (7+ Minutes, EU).

Normally I am killer main so queue times are pretty quick, but sadly the vast majority of Tome challenges are on Survivor side, so there are far too many survivor players and the matchmaking cannot find any killers :(

Why do they decide to put so many tome challenges exclusively for survivor?

    What do you mean? It's an even split between Killer Challenges and Survivor Challenges every time (or at least near it if it's not an exact split, I haven't sat and counted it).

    Yeah I agree with what tippy said in that challenges are always evenly split between survivors and Killers so I'm not exactly sure where you're coming from there, but I do agree that lately wait times have been atrocious for survivors. Here in the Midwest in America wait times in the evenings are usually 10 minutes or longer. But honestly I think that points to just how few killer mains there are. Matchmaking is absolutely atrocious in DBD, and everything is a toxic sweat fest at red ranks.

    They need fix game. Maps are survivor side, generators is so fast. Killers wanna play too but balance is unfair.

    When they fix game, there will be more killers and queques will turn normal.

    I find it varies depending on the time of day. During the hours I’m generally active and playing, my experience is the total opposite: Survivor queues are instant and Killer queues are what take a few minutes.
