The definitive solution to fix forever survivor queues.
It's either have a killer that can be played by multiple people, or a game mode with 2 killers and 8 survivors, i lean towards a multipleyer killer, with an idea i have being that one can injure, and the other can down, and the can do a small animation to swap places with eachother... they may need another sideish power but its easy to get op with two killers on the field.

I have a better idea than this. Just add bots as it is in the mobile version. Problem solved with everything

Or just ask people who are already few minutes in a queue if they don't want to play other side for a 100% BP bonus that game.
They even asked about this in their last survey so I think they will do something like that

So your solution for long survivor "queues" with 5 people in game is game with 10 people or killable killers? Can you think about this solution for at least minute? Yeah, my thoughts exactly. Thanks. :)

I agree!

never said anything about killable killers... main point of the post was the two player killer but i see youve ignored this part

i would love a killer that's actually two killers like a co-op thing where you queue together and work together
but that won't help queues, it'd just be fun.

Adding a 2v8 gamemode would split up the queues, therefor increasing queue times. The solution to queues are either to add bots that'll fill lobby space if somebody is in queue for too long, or to incentivize playing one role if the other has long queue, such as a reward of Rift Fragments or Iri Shards or BP.

Bots would be terrible imo. I don't play a "multiplayer" game to play against bots. I like the idea to pad out KYF lobbies but not in public matches.

Play in the AM and the problem solves itself ;)

6v2 would maybe balance better, 2 in chase and 4 on gens. If we had 8 Survivors, with 6 on gens think how long devs would need to adjust objective times or increase total gens required.

Would be alot better if they fixed the matchmaking I think

The solution to fixing survivor queues is to buff killers. If more people want to play the killer role, then survivors instantly have shorter queues.

Sure as long as you don't get BP and it doesn't count as something for challenges. Bots would be WAY too easy to award bloodpoints etc.

Many players no longer care about points due to the increasing toxicity of killers. After 1600 hours of playing, I don't care about points anymore, because I have everything, and playing 70% of games where I'm tunneled or camp leads to a situation where it's better to make a derank to ranks 15-9. Many survs would prefer to play for fun, even on bots. The introduction of bots solves a lot of playing soloQ. I would love to check how many players prefer to play with normal users and how many with bots ;)

Again as long as it is basically KYF but with bots - I have no issue with it. If people don't care about BP/Tomes/etc then there won't be an issue with it being popular.
Then again everyone I know likes BP and completing the Rift. I think I have been in maybe 12 KYF matches in 4 years because everyone would rather just play and get stuff instead of KYF.
I have almost 3300 hours and while I have every killer and survivor 50 - they are not all P3 and do not all have every perk. So yeah I'll stick to playing against real people for the challenge and rewards :)

You mean the killer bots that mess up at litterly everything, or the survivor bots who sandbag and destroy the game for the other players? I think not
