Bought auric cells 20 days ago, didn't get them and DBD support is extremely unhelpful. Any advice?
I'm running dbd on Xbox gamepass for PC and I bought them through account attached to it.
I bought 1100 AC for €8.99 on 4th of May but they didn't appear on my account so I decided to wait 2 days in case there was a bug. Two days later there was no change so I contacted the dbd support but their "help" is beyond embarrassing as they take days to reply even after I provided everything they asked me for to (proof of purchase and my account ID) and every time I asked for an update (every 3-4days) they hit me with "Unfortunately, this issue is still under investigation. Rest assured our devs are working hard to get this issue resolved the soonest time possible." and that was it.
I paid this with debit card and if I wanted to get refund via my card issuer it would take up to 50 days (and it's not guaranteed refund) so I would prefer to deal with this issue without them but it seems that Behaviour Digital doesn't care at all.
My question for you guys is, did anyone else had this issue or issues with the support team in general? How did you dealt with it? Should I just give up and go through the card issuer?
I would appreciate any advice or input y'all could offer.
