New Killer Has to Be S-Tier
I really dont wanna another weak killer. Like camper Twins or real clown Trickster.
We need good killer, there is already so much weak killers. Nurse and Spirit only 2 S-Tier. I hope this time we will get good one, then my money will not go to garbage again.

The last 2 chapters show giving more priority to the surviving side by giving us weak killers, I hope they give us a killer op and not in Tier c, it would be a disappointment for a chapter like RE.

I think A tier would be better than S tier. With spirit and nurse being in that tier I feel like it means for a killer to be S tier they need to lack counterplay and we don’t need any more killers like that

I think something big is coming that's about to shake the whole game up for both sides, I don't think it's gonna be a normal chapter release I think some core mechanics are about to change but that's just my opinion and I could be way off target with that assumption but I really don't think I'm too far off

While I'd like a stronger killer over a weaker killer... Blight wasn't all that long ago, for people claiming BHVR will only make castrated killers to please the whining survivor masses. And the three killers that came before him are all solid in their own right.
I dunno about another S, because S tends to imply something is busted somewhere, but a good A would be nice.

I wish but then the forum would be full of "nerf new killer pls!". We already have them crying about Spirit and ocassionally about Nurse and Blight.

Quite a few highly experienced killer players consider twins to be either A or S tier. The thing is, they're hard to play so people rank them low because they suck with them.

Good! I think they should be striving to release mid-tier killers each and every release. They won't always succeed, so some will inevitably end up high or low tier until they can make adjustments. Still, the way to balance the game is to reduce the gap between the strongest and weakest killers by buffing weak killers and nerfing strong ones. Then they'll be better able to balance the game by adjusting elements that impact all killers. Releasing mid-tier killers just makes this job easier.

In what world is a killer who has amazing map pressure, amazing slugging/camping abilities and probably the 2nd best snowballer in the game at B tier

Oni, Death Slinger, PH, Blight, Twins, and Trickster. 6 of the last 7 killers have been strong killers.

Ideally we'd be better off not getting any more S-Tier killers. Just like we shouldn't get another blatantly underpowered killer like Trickster.
I think people tend to forget, but in a balanced game (which DbD certainly is not, but it's trying) you actually don't want stuff to be in the S-Tier. That tier implies overpowered content, much like how F-tier implies drastically underperforming content.
A killer somewhere around Oni's level of effectiveness would be excellent. Powerful enough to be threatening, but counterable enough to still feel interactive and engaging to play against.

Dowsey achieved a 4 k streak of what? 200? with twins. They are pretty much A tier. Beside Trickster all recent killers released were decent: Blight, Twins, Deatshslinger are all strong and even Trickster with Pyramide Head arent really weak.

I doubt it as with licensed pay only killers they need to be lower tier than S as people will scream p2w.
They also tend to err on the side of caution with killers and perks so they are not too strong from the release to gather data first as it can sometimes take a few weeks to make any significant changes.

No! Please, no!!!
All of us (both siders and killers main) use to play with the new killer just because we are curious. If the killer is and authentic S tier all of us (both siders and survivors main) will be facing only the new killer at least two long and boring months.
I would prefer the new killer would be A or B tier and then BHVR rework him/her im the furure.

For the people actually thinking Twins are "good", it's because they're "good" at slugging, right?
The Twins is weak so they are forced to camp and slug. That's the issue.

They do if they don't want to get looped around pallets and vaults for 5 gens, unable to do anything at all other than follow along and hope for scraps, attempt "tricks" which will never work because the Surv is always positioned perfectly.
I have plenty of hours on this game, I don't like playing uninteractive Killers anymore. Killers with powers who can actually affect chases are more interesting.

If the new killer is S-Tier, and is part of a licensed chapter that will cost money, then the forums will be flooded with "pay-to-win" complaints.
If the devs do not nerf the killer then they will get bad ratings from survivors.
If they do nerf the killer then there will be floods of "bait-and-switch" complaints from killers who paid money for one thing and were given something else and they will give the game bad ratings.

S-Tier is a lose-lose-lose (for the survivors, killers, and devs)

Blight and potentially Hag are S tier too, not as good as Nurse/Spirit, but they’re very overwhelming. A decent hag will destroy any solo queue team without breaking a sweat.

2 reasons.
For Nurse: Learning is hard, for that there is not so much good Nurses.
For Blight: He get changes new, people still learning him. When people get good as him, i can see "Blight is op, nerf!"

There are different plenty of people good at Blight. He’s been in the game for quite a while at this point, he’s one of the most dangerous killers at red rank to win with multiple gens left.

Not actually. Blight can not reject pallets, walls and windows. And him power can dodge by Survivors. So he is good but not like Nurse or Spirit. This both stronger than him. And there is not so much Blight mains, people started play as him new and they are not good for now. When people learn him as well, you will see there so much topics about him.

Its been long over due tbf. Stuck with 2 horrible killers twins and trickster who nobody plays after the first day they came out. At least with blight he's a decent tier.
