Doctor players, how does it make you feel when you realize a survivor is using Calm Spirit?
Does it make you wanna tunnel them? Does it make you feel handicapped? As someone who always runs Calm Spirit I always wondered what went through the heads of Doctor players, as well as Oni players with Infectious Fright when they notice I have Calm Spirit.

When I realize it in the match, I'm being like: "Oh, you son of a... " But I don't tunnel em because of that he/she wearing this perk.
Sometimes, this perk can really save the owner of it and I'm ok with it...

It doesn't really matter honestly. You can still find them with the doctor illusions or other means.

Well, with that, you have to be looking at them. And Distortion counters that.

Get the other survivor(s) to tier II at least so I can search for them while eliminating the Calm Spirit user from the match.
If they are one of the last ones remaining, slugging the Calm Spirit user at Tier III so they cant successfully hide (assuming illusions are in your favor) then eliminating the other survivor
