Cant see new survivors or killer on PTB

I'm on PC and when I downloaded the PTB to play the new chapter I cant see the new killers or survivors in the list, I also can't see them in the shop I've also restarted the game twice and the issue hasn't been fixed.

You can see 2 more icons on Survivors and 1 more on Killer in menu, so the new characters must be on top, not bottom end like after release.
Hint: Look between David King and Laurie Strode.
