To Recreate.
As Twins, have a survivor DC at any point during the first 1/4 second of the pickup animation with victor unbinded. Next, interact with any non-progress bar animation. You will be stuck in that animation forever.
Seems to do this EVERY time the conditions are meet, and sometimes with victor still bound.
