PC (Steam) - Several missing Thai language display

Steps to reproduce: Set the game language setting to "Thai (ภาษาไทย)"

Often of occurring: All times, as a common in-game problem, since Thai localization has released, haven't fixed them yet on the current latest version (4.7.2).

Issues: There are many missing spots from the in-game Thai language

1) There's a space behind every "-ำ" Thai vowel in-game, which should not have.

Many Thai words like "คำสาป" (from Hex totem), "รำลึก" (from Léry's Memorial Institute), "ปลอดกำบัง" (from Exposed) are the word with "-ำ" vowels. In-game, it has space behind every "-ำ" vowel, which in Thai we don't do like that.

This happened since the game has Thai localization and hasn't fixed yet.

2) Chat isn't supported Thai characters if you don't set the game language to Thai.

In-game, set language as any language except Thai. If you type any Thai characters, it will display as square (■). But on another player which set their game language to Thai, they still see the correct Thai characters.

This also happened to every language, that contains special characters exclude from English base characters.

I knew this might be nonsense for English users to read Thai language but this bug made the game feels like "not finished".

On the other hand, like in Overwatch, any game language setting can read any language they supported. So it would be great if

3) Wrongly Thai displaying.

There're many several words that translated to Thai but have wrongly translate.

The picture below is just an example. If you're welcome to fix those another, I can give you more details on them.

I hope those bugs would be fixed soon, as there're occurred since the Thai localization released, haven't fixed them yet on the current latest version (4.7.2) and I think I have no need to re-report this bug again.
