What are the best survivor perks for repairing generators faster?
I know "prove thyself" is one. Are there any others that do, without requiring you to be injured (e.g. resilience)?
If you can suggest builds that help with this as well, that would be appreciated.

The perks that can repair gens faster are as following:
Prove Thyself - offsets the penalty of working on a gen with other survivors.
Resilience - 9% action speed increase when injured.
Spine Chill - 6% action speed increase when killer is looking at you.
Object of Obsession - 6% action speed increase when killer can see your aura.
Fast Track - bonus progression based on number of stacks consumed (3 each time another survivor is hooked) when you land a great skill check
Stake Out - Stay in killer's TR for tokens, spend tokens for an extra 1% boost.

Stake Out and Fast Track can help, while pretty small bonuses theyre still something
You can also bring a Toolbox and run Built to Last or Streetwise to make it last longer

These are great answers, thanks for the insight.
Do these stack? Like if I'm running OoO, spine chill, and prove thyself?

When I first started playing, Leader was on this list. It was a great perk, to be honest, considering how many actions it affected.

All action speed increases do stack with each other.

Dwight's teachable Prove Thyself is the best gen speed increasing perk in the game imo. However, you only get the speed bonus while within a very short distance of at least 1 other survivor. If you find yourself solo-ing gens more frequently then not, Yun-Jin's Fast Track is solid. I find it's best to save the tokens you get when a teammate is hooked for a situation in which you need to finish a gen very quickly, like when a killer is coming to interrupt you after a hook.

They do indeed stack

A build I used a while ago:
Bond, Open-Handed, Prove Thyself, Fast Track.
• Bond with Open-Handed: you find teammates to work on a generator faster, so you can get a great value from Prove Thyself.
• Fast Track: you got a nice boost when you hit the Great skill check if some people got hooked during the game.
